About CRI

Welcome to the Constitutional Research Institute website.

Established in 2011, the Constitutional Research Institute is a specialized institution dedicated to research and education in constitutional law and constitutional adjudication. Since the establishment, we have diligently conducted research on constitutional law and constitutional adjudication and provided constitutional education.

We have supported constitutional adjudication through proactive research on pressing constitutional issues and the investigation and translation of foreign constitutional adjudication systems and case laws. Tailoring our educational programs to diverse audiences, from middle and high school students to legal professionals, we have focused on enhancing public awareness of fundamental rights and solidifying the foundation of the rule of law based on the Constitution.

Today, as the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the age of artificial intelligence introduce new constitutional challenges, the Constitutional Research Institute is committed to laying a solid foundation that will enable the Constitutional Court to effectively protect people's fundamental rights and uphold constitutional values through flexible and in-depth research and education that can adapt to the changes of the times..
