Purpose
The purpose of the Correspondents Program is to facilitate the effectiveness of the research projects of the Constitutional Research Institute by surveying and introducing the latest research trends among foreign constitutional adjudication institutions and information about the constitutions and constitutional adjudication processes of various countries.
Duties
Basic Duty
- To survey the latest research trends among the constitutional adjudication institutions of the country where a correspondent resides
Occasional Duties
- To survey the data related to the research on the constitution and constitutional adjudication of the country where
- a correspondent resides
- To assist the Institute through international cooperation, attendance in international seminars, or going on official
- trips at the country where a correspondent resides
Eligibility
A person who resides abroad and who majored in legal studies or works in a legal area
Appointment Period
A correspondent is appointed for one year and can be reappointed based on his/her performance.
Stipend
A correspondent shall receive a stipend as prescribed by the regulation of the Constitutional Research Institute.
Application
Submit an accomplished application form ( Download ), a personal statement (no particular form required),and an undertaking form( Download ) if a vacancy notice is posted on the homepage of the Constitutional Research Institute.
